One of the powerhouses of GIS is the ability to attach information to geographical objects. This done using attribute tables. In our case each row relates to a polygon and the constraint status of each polygon (constrained or unconstrained) is held in a column.

In order to attach constraint information to each polygon I need to use “Geographical Query”. Watch this video to see how I do it.
